Subway

I really wanted a Subway sandwich and this was the closest place around. My husband began placing his order and I asked the clerk for the code to the restroom. She informed me that the restroom was "Out of Order". We had plans to sit and enjoy our lunch, how could I sit and enjoy my meal with no facilities to use or wash my hands. I became so disappointed, I walked out the restaurantand and waited until my husband finished his order. What a disappointing experience. We left and He couldn't enjoy his meal. Two 2 thumbs Down!

I came to this place on 10/28/3016 around the closing time. I never write anything bad about anyone but this Spanish girl who works there with pink hair has so much of attitude and don't even kmow how to greet people. She treats you as if she's doing some kind of favor on you. There was this other lady working there with her helped me. I ordered the new wheat flat bread 6" veggie sandwich. I noticed that there's mold on the bread despite knowing this she was still asking me what do I want on my sandwich or she didn't notice it until I told her or wanted to sell the bread either way. The mold was so big that i could see it from far, but how come she didn't notice it? This is ridiculous/sick. Be careful people when you order your sandwich. I might not ever come back to this place again and will give heads up to my friends and family. I know things happen but ignoring them isn't going to make it any better but worse.

I’d give it a zero if I could. I ordered and paid for my food online. Said it would be ready at 7:10 I was there at 7:05 to be told they were closing early for 4th of July. I then asked for a refund none was given only that they were going home and they were closed. I called the owner he told me he was out of town and didn’t know what to do? I still have not heard back nor has anything been refunded, this is by far the worst experience I have ever had with a company that I’ve already paid for their services. I will not be going back to this subway ever again!

I had an ok experience. The employee Sahib was ok except the fact that he was always on his phone and always walking out and was mopping and would be on his phone and would complain when someone would step where he is walking to get a refil or to pay. Other than that the other employee joanna was really friendly and had excellent customer service.
