On 04/23/22 at 11:45 pm , the customer service that I was given was atrocious, The employee on duty seemed to be more interested in a pizza then actually waiting on customers. I bought two packs of cigarettes, and bic lighter, the employee asked for my ID, not a problem, he then grab my ID out of my hand against 7 eleven policy, when I ask him why he grabbed it out my hands, he would not communicate back with , when he gave it back to me it had pizza sauce all over it, I would like this employee repremended and also wish to be compensated for such outlandish service

I just started a night job and have come in here twice this week to get a cup of coffee before work. The guy Idowu who is working around 10:00pm will see 3-4 customers come in at the same time and decide to go in the back room to do God knows what. Both nights I’ve been in there’s been a line 7 or more deep waiting and waiting and waiting while he stays in the back. He knows he’s got a line, he knows people are waiting and he goes and does everything but ring up the customers trying to purchase something.

The guy working last night was very rude! Decided to have an attitude with me and my boyfriend. Not only that but he wanted to argue with me on something he had no idea what he was talking about. If you are going to work in customer service you better be good with people. I have never left a store so angry in my life! I will not be going there if he is working. If he treats all of his customers that way he might need to look for other employment. I will be contacting the company about this experience. Dont waste your time here.

I stopped coming here over a year ago. Their employees are slow and the store is dirty. I decided to come here this morning. Nothing has changed. The women running the register was gross and had acted like she was being inconvenienced because a customer was there. It’s amazing this place has an average of 2 stars. If I could give negative I would. I will continue going to Wawa.

Wow..what can i say. Only Americans.....you usually get the issues with foreigners working....not here....its filled with backwards unhappy people... They are al ll family....terrible service...they smoke more cigarettes than work.....an employees family memeber slipped and fell by my car....spilled their drink all over my car.....never said a word......sorry...to hillbillyish for me.
