As we placed the order, we were disappointed to know that they were out of half of the items we wanted.
Shortly after, we were at the first window to pay and the cashier was utterly confused. He kept asking what we ordered. After reading off three different orders to us, we reminded him of our order. The cashier was non-apologetics about the confusion and said, "yeah, yeah, I got that..."
Long story short, there were more confused employees at the pick up window and the service was very slow. We had to wait another 5 minutes for our milkshake.
I wonder if the manager was away three days ago...

Common American fast food fare. Sometimes the wait is a little longer than it used to be but I don't have an issue with that. Burgers and fries are always served fresh and hot.

It would be nice if they could understand English a little better. We bought 2 iced teas. One was to be unsweetened and the other one was supposed to be 1/2 &1/2. We got a sweet and a 1/2 &1/2.

Terrible service at the drive thru was in the phone trying to find a lost credit card and the girl give us our food said you’re welcome with an attitude for no reason. Don’t expect a thank you for doing your job or just don’t work in customer service if you are rude. Also the nuggets were crusty and dry and French fries stale.

5 minutes into drive thru, nobody shows up, we tap on the window and honk, just no response.

Waited 20 minutes in drive thru for a 10piece nugget with BBQ sauce and a med coke. After the long wait and much anticipation I drove off and coke was diet and no dipping sauce for the nuggets. I was madder than a hornet!

McDonald's is McDonald's this one is well kept food comes out good prices are rising along with everything else. That Big Mac though. I remember I couldnt even hold one with one hand now I can get 2 in 1 hand....

Poor service, need a cashier because the app was telling me to ask for help....nobody in the cashier and one person come to me did not give me the correct answers because was stress because they do not have enough employees, POOOOOOOOR SERVICE
