Thanks for the reminder of why I don't frequent Chipotle. $7 for the equivalent of a child's sized serving of tortilla chips and spilled queso all over the rest of our food. Two stars because the small amount of food that was available was decent.

This place has been consistently bad. I placed a pickup order and the food was cold and gross. It looked like all the other pickup orders had also been sitting out. Definitely do not stop by this Chipotle. Go to Moe's.

The only problem I ever have is when there is a reward for guacamole. They never give me the guacamole this time around I wanted to put on my tacos it was not there I looked in the bag there was no guacamole in the bag. I did a mobile order so I had to go back in I even showed him the tacos and they still want to argue with me that the guacamole was on the tacos I know it was free and I didn't have to pay for it but this is ridiculous they should not argue with you when you open your food up and show it to them this is the one that was on West Patrick Street in Frederick

Ordered online, including a few extra stuff(tomato, sour cream cheese and lettuce) but that simply did not work out. Fast service but not so good quality.

Nice sized place. Plenty of close in parking. Handicap accessible. Clean interior. Helpful employees. No long lines. Service is fast and accurate. Fresh food is refilled often.

Every time i come to pick up online order i have ended of cancelling orders after waiting more than 30 minutes because they always lost ticket or drop in floor some where god knows. Always short staff no one has time to greet or ask what are we waiting for. I used to be their regular but now not going back anymore because this place is Very disappointing !!

This place is comically incompetent. They never get orders right. Online orders are always 20-30 minutes late. Got tacos there that were missing two of the ordered ingredients. Not sure how that’s possible. The employees all have the same attitude of the Chapelle Show popcopy skit. Definitely go somewhere else. Cannot imagine who is giving this place five stars.
