Mcdonald's

This mcdonals at morning time is awesome we love it, but in the night time they over heat the fries when you ask them no salt( she blame it on the oil not been good. The male manager is super nice with the pink hair he always he gives us our food excellent but theirs is a manager with glasses older lady she is very disrespectful. We call to let them know our fries were bad and taste really nasty and she said with in attitude that she cant do nothing about it she said if you wanted you can come another day like 3 days i never got her name because this disrespectful lady hang up the phone. If she doesn’t like to work she should quit.

I didn't even get a completed sandwich and the fries were cold. It's like they were sitting out long before they were ever placed in my bag. It's pretty pathetic that a customer can no longer rely on a food chain like McDonald's to provide a customer with a completed order. It's even worse that a customer has to hold up everyone else behind them just to inspect their meal for completeness before departing the drive thru. Sadly, I was already 15 miles down I-70 by the time I was able to eat my food and realized I'd been duped. Yet again. Another bang up job by the folks of McDonalds.

28 seconds!!!! :) From the time I pull up to order till the time I get my stuff and pull away…. 25 seconds. Congratulations Ladies!!!! Worst experience we’ve ever had here, usually it’s a good McDonald’s but not today. You would think they would be nice and try their best to satisfy their customers especially since it’s thanksgiving, but instead this guy had us repeat our order 20 different times before he actually got all of it, we even repeated it as slow as we could. He never even told us that they were only taking cash until we got to the first window and we had to drive off and get some cash and come back and order again, after the second time of ordering and paying in cash, we told them no egg on our bacon egg and cheese bagel. Instead they gave us a sandwich that has sausage and egg and whatever else they put on that sandwich.
