Good food but check everything before you leave. It doesn't happen often but I just got home before realizing I was missing 4 tacos. 2 cheesy gordida crunches and 2 chalupa Supremes. (Total about $10 give or take) My son got sick as soon as we got home and i didnt want to haul him all the way back out tonight for the tacos or a refund since it's a 20 minute drive one way and he's not feeling well. No one will answer the phone either to see if I might be able to come tomorrow for either the tacos or a partial refund unfortunately.

They continue to close whenever they want at night - regardless of posted hours - and especially on weekends. Night manager continues to be rude and mocking. (Not saying this is all managers, mainly talking about some younger adult guy) but this continues to be a frequent reoccurring issue). Food tends to be average regardless.

don't think they have ever gotten my order 100% correct but I'm giving them two stars for effort. and at least it's taco Bell, its never terrible. every item is a combination of the same 8 ingredients more or less. cest la vie!

Do yourself a favor and go to the one on W Patrick. EVERY TIME my husband and I have gone to this location, it was been nothing but disappointment. This location is unfortunately closer to our house, so we decided to take the chance and grab something quick. I ordered a Crunchwrap supreme combo. I literally felt this I was on a Tinder date app fail. It was so empty. It looked NOTHING like the photo. I took a bite and immediately spat it out. My husband also asked for no lettuce on his taco. Simple request, right? WRONG!!! WRONGGGG!!! Good job, Taco Bell.

Completely incompetent. Had a large order through Uber eats and it was missing 7 items! Not 1 items but 7! Go to the other one in Frederick and let this one go out of business

Me and my boyfriend went to this Taco Bell and it was terrible! We both got one of each of the boxes. First they put our stuff all together in a bag and they missed an item, then we had to drive back around and they missed a burrito. The bag was so messy, they even missed the creamy jalapeño sauce, sour cream, the rice is hard, the customer service was just awful! We won’t be back at this location for sure! Overall, they need to get on it better, make a burrito not make it messy and it mix things up and use a box for that reason not a bag.

They tried to not give us our entire order in the drive through. We caught it. At first they argued with us, but then the manager came and sorted it out
