Poblano Grill

Took the family today to try out Poblano Grill. It’s a small hole in the wall restaurant but the flavors that come out of here blow it out of the water! The food came out quickly, it was all accurate and the taco salads were fantastic! They are in no way stingy with their chips and salsa!! The value is also incredible! We fed the whole family including nachos for an appetizer AND A $10 GIFT CARD for $41!! For us, it is 100% worth going across town again for!

After passing this place for 5 years in a modest shopping center near my home, I went there for lunch today and, wow. Entered the modest, clean restaurant and was seated at a nice, socially-distanced table. The menu included my favorites, and a lunch menu with most lunches under $10. I ordered the combination chicken enchilada and beef taco for $7.95 including lettuce, rice and beans. The complimentary tortillas and salsa were fresh an crunchy. The meal was excellent, as well as the service. A new regular go-to Mexican restaurant about a mile from my house. Who knew?

Went to restaurant on Sunday, May 9th. Tables were not cleared. Ordered margaritas. They tasted terrible, with very little alcohol. Order one with top shelf tequila, wasn't much better. Ordered the Fajita steak salad. Was mostly lettuce, very little steak. The steak pieces were small and half of it was grisly. Was very disappointed. Would not recommend this restaurant. There are much better places around Frederick to go to. I do not usually post reviews, but this really left an impression on me
