Nando's

I usually like Nando's. It's expensive but the food is usually acceptable. This particular one is the worst out there. Took 10 mins to order because I had to repeat myself so often. The food came out staggered which is a massive pet peeve of mine. The food was ok (see pic) but halfway through our meal someone interrupted us to take our table number away and reached over the food to get it. Also it's the coldest place on earth and ever time someone moves a chair it's so loud on the tiles it feels like you're at a strapping Young lad concert.

Nando's tend to be consistent no matter where you are in the world and this was no different. Unfortunately, on this visit, I found the staff and food disappointing. The place was a little untidy, staff disinterested and the presentation of the food was less than ideal. It appears to be popular but more as a meeting place than a dining place. However, I'll give it a second chance as it might have been the time of day (lunch time). Wheelchair friendly. Kid friendly. Good parking. Takeaway available.

The strore was busy and only manned with two staff. Together they were doing everything. The food was yummy as always however the store needs a good clean and revamp as it is dirty to look at and very old. The staff are friendly and tried very hard at making sure our orders where prompt. I would go back.

I used to love nandos but the service, portion size vs cost and cleanliness has left. I don’t know what head office is doing but the franchisees are clearly ripping off customers. I had to really look for the chicken in my supreme burger. Chickens aren’t that small!! It’s as if the management of the business is happy for customers to be ripped off, given poor service and for the restaurants to be filthy.

service was terrible... The 2 employees working ignored us for the first 10 minutes and when we were served the lady working the register had no idea what she was doing and then just walked off. The atmosphere is a disaster... If I were the nandos franchise I would seriously look into dissolving any contracts held with this store and its owners. The food its self was nice but certainly not worth the price. I would recommend another restaurant.

Go to a different store. we used to visit Nandos in karingal about once a month as our "take out treat" but have given up in the last 6 months as a result of under cooked food (resulting in 2 different bouts of food poisoning), fair to average service from staff, and hideous follow up from the store managers. The last bout of food poisoning resulted in 3 days sick off work, and missing a non refundable $500 first aid course. After 2 months of chasing up store and area managers via phone, facebook, twitter and email, we got a $50 voucher. which didn't even cover the cost of the meals we originally brought. Even the area manager said we'd be better of using the voucher at a different store as they were "more reputable". I feel like that sums up this branch very eloquently.
