Hardee's

This place is gets 1 million stars from me. I just want to tell everyone my experience. I had ordered some dinner for me and my family however my credit card was not going through for some reason come to find out I had a bad chip in my credit card so as I parked in the parking lot the manager Jennifer came out and greeted me and asked me was I in the military. I explained to her that I was in for quite a while and told her to places that I had been and then she told me hey no worries your meal is on me. She paid for my whole dinner I was like wow this is crazy thank you. Hardee's needs to hire more people like her people who care about the American military and what we do for this country. I'll be contacting corporate and letting them know how my experience was. Once again thank you Jennifer for your hospitality I greatly appreciate it

Unfortunately I ordered the new prime rib thick burger tonight, but my fault was not checking the bag. I got a regular thick burger but charged for the newest. I was in a black jeep Patriot and it was around 645 on 5/19/22. Overall this is their first mistake but pretty upset when I got home and didn't have what I ordered. I work hard for my money, I expect you to be sure I'm getting what I paid for

I think the main issue with this location (as far as the drive thru is concerned) is that they are always asking customers to either pull up or park. I get that the people in charge want to keep drive thru timers down but it's kind of inconvenient and I think probably lends to a sense of there being no rush at all to get people their food. I don't think this is the employees fault. I think they are likely just doing what management/upper management/the owner tells them to do but I see plenty of people complain about this and the reviews complaining about this go back years with zero improvement. One time I was asked to park and they completely forgot about me. After waiting probably 30 mins. I went inside and my food hadn't even been made. Clearly it's an issue.

Ok let me.say I would love to give Hardee's a five star rating I would be the bathroom at this Hardee's has got a terrible horrible unbelievable odor. It has had it for months. I don't know it the drain is doing is or what. It's never clean. And if you order and go to bathroom and then smell you don't want what you ordered even if the food is good. Cause you think to yourself does employees use this restrooms and the cook. I want to see them clean it up. If I was Manager I would buy my Awesome, or Some type of cleaner spray it down overnight add so bleach and make sure it's clea before the start of each shift and three times a day. The Courtland store is always clean. There food here is good but tell them the truth ........clean it UP!

Was in town for a funeral. One of my highlights for visiting this part of the VA has always been going to Hardee's. On this particular day, the service was subpar. The wait time was long and I was the only car in line at the time. The food was not good. After eating the burger(only made it through half of it before throwing it in the trash) and drinking the soda, I felt sick and ended up going to the nearby walmart to get some ginger ale, crackers and medicine
