Little Caesars

My pizza was fresh and delicious the staff was very friendly and welcoming. I ordered my food and one of my cards wouldn't work it was accepting my card and the young man working paid the 7 something that I owed of the remaining balance because it would not take my card. He was very sweet just a teen. I've never had that done for me before.

I’m very unhappy with the experience I had tonight, not sure what Makenzie(MGR) issue was, but she is very rude an disrespectful along with a ghetto attitude and has no type of professionalism about her at all nor customer service experience or management skills.. Lil Caesar's just lost a faithful customer tonight due Makenzie’s attitude!!!

WE ORDERED CRAZY CHEESEY BREAD, INSTEAD GOT BREAD STICKS,WHEN ASKED FOR THEM TO FIX THE ORDER THEY SAID, THEY "WELL WE CAN DO A REFUND BUT IT'LL TAKE 3 DAYS TO PUT BACK ON YOUR CARD,SO WE ASKED IF WE CAN JUST SWITCH THE FOOD ITEMS AND GIVE THE EXTRA MONEY TO MAKE UP DIFFERENCE,THEY CAN'T DO THAT CUZ THEIR SYSTEM WON'T LET THEM"!!WTH??HE ATE THE CHEESE PIZZA & SAID IT WAS GOOD,BUT I DIDN'T EAT DUE TO THE MISTAKE!!I WON'T TRY THIS LITTLE CEASARS AGAIN!!
