Domino's Pizza

We don't usually order from here, but we had a coupon for free pizza. When I called, I was on hold for several minutes, but it became clear they were having computer issues. Jan finally got on the phone and was apologetic and very gracious. When I arrived to pick up my pizza, the order had gotten lost. At this point, one would think why would you give them 5 stars? Jan again apologized when she realized and had the pizza made that second. As I sat and waited, I listened. I'm not sure who was in charge, I did not catch his name, but he was calm, and twice, very gently made constructive criticism on the way the food was made or turned out. The space was clean. They would not let me use my gift certificate so I would come back. She insisted that I take a 2-liter soda for the wait, but I declined. With computer issues, they did customer service right AND my kids are super happy with their pizza. I didn't think I liked Domino's, but the pizza was good and I'm now sold after this experience. Thank you!

Can't express it enough how fast they were on delivery. The routes that were used to get to my humble abode were executed excellently! The pizza was hot, it was fresh, it was uhhhhmazing!!!10/10.. I must say I would definitely be ordering again. I like to math when I eat pizza, it's wired. But it really gets my socks off! BACK OFF RHINOOOO MAN!!!! : Update: ordered again tonight. Still amazing service and food!

I recently placed a delivery order and I was very pleased and impressed that it was quick, hot and fresh and he placed my order in front of my door just like I requested but instead of just walking away and not caring if I got my order he stood at the end of my apartment hall and waited to make sure I got my oder. Great customer service, Thank You!!

I ordered on the app. The food sat out of the oven for more than an hour. I decided to pick up my food myself as it was getting late and the delivery driver had not even left the store with it. The Manager , Caleb , told me that no discount , coupon, credit or even reversal of delivery charges would be issued. Nice customer service, Caleb. You just lost another customer

This is by far the WORST Dominos I have ever had the displeasure of ordering from. They delivered us a pizza that tasted like cardboard. Then told us that to replace it either we go pick it up or we wait another hour (despite it being their error). They did give us a credit, however, they then delivered to the wrong address and the manager, Chase, didn’t quite know what to say when I asked if the wrong customer would’ve had to sign for it despite the extra amount was being charged on our card. And when I said that worried me he stuttered and didn’t quite know how to reposed other than oh yeah you’re right. Wow! Don’t order from them! Clearly they don’t care!
