Subway

Upon walking into subway the little Indian girl was putting in fresh veggies while on her cellphone. I asked her to wash her hands and change her gloves to which she responded “I didn’t touch my phone with my hand that I have the glove on” I then responded “I didn’t say you did but you need to wash your hands and put on fresh gloves. It’s subways protocol. I was very polite and asked her nicely. There was a Walmart employee behind me and he had a slight stutter. She was very rude to him and in a huge rush. She rang me up touching the screen with the glove. I gave her cash so she’d have a again change gloves (I used to manage subway I know the rules) she didn’t change her gloves. Instead took off 1 glove to retrieve my money and to give me my change. I should add I visit this subway atleast 2 times a month. And have never encountered this. She was very unprofessional unsanitary and rude. Will not go back when she is the one working. Appears her phone call was more important than her job.

I ordered a single white chicolate chip cookie. It was so old, dry and nasty, I could not eat it. They need to know cookies left out in the air do not last long, especially after several days stored like that. The other cookies looked just as bad. The cashier took one of the older cookies to give me. I will never eat there again.

If you go here, use cash!! They charged us twice for one order paid with a card and denied that it happened even after seeing the bank transaction!! They said the cameras wouldn't prove anything, even though the second charge happened on a day that we were not even near Franklin. They claimed that they ONLY take money ONCE if the card is swiped, and refused to refund the money they could see with their own eyes that they stole from us!! Manager is also NEVER there, only handled the situation over the phone to another employee!! So use cash, or get money stolen from you!!
