Wendy's

I've been to this Wendy's twice, and I've never actually been able to order food. The first time, I was in line behind 3 or 4 other people, and after 10 minutes, none of them had their order taken, so we turned and walked away. Last week, we decided to give them another try since it had been a few years since my first try eating there. This time, I was the only person in line, and after standing there for 5 minutes, I decided to leave since neither of the 2 workers there at 6:00 decided to acknowledge that I was even standing there. I can't comment on the quality of the food since I've never been able to order any.

It was just okay. We were the only people in the dining area when we arrived. The staff seemed more interested to serve the drive through. I ordered lemonade because of the old school lemonade fountain behind the counter and was told it was on the multi flavor coke machine in the dining room 😑. I guess ordering via the app or drive through is the best way to get good service at this location.

Poor service!!!! I waited over 10min at the drive thru for service and I was the only one no other cars. I had to ask them if they would take my order or if was going to be longer I would leave. That should have hint me to leave. I got to the window and the girl was covering her face she never turn to face me nor greeted me. She gave me my order and when I ask if she could tell me which drink was the diet ( as my diabetic passenger waited) she told me " I don't know you find out". I then handed over the food to my passenger and waited for my credit card....she opened the window and harshly said "what you want" I said that I needed my credit card back, I got it and left. I never go to Wendy's I went there before of my passenger request. I never will go there. Horrible experience. If I could I would give half star because the burger didn't test good either.

The food was fine, it's the customer service that lacked and it was lacking BIG time. The kid (and I do mean kid) at the front counter is in the wrong line of work. Jazarien lacks the social skills to deal with people, especially in a fast food environment. He was rude, impatient and had an overall condescending attitude. This was during the lunch rush and he was nothing close to prepared. The thing that bothered me the most was there was an elderly lady in line, in front of me. She was speaking a little slow, but clearly. After each item she ordered, he would ask "what else?" No tact, no manners and he clearly looked annoyed. If this Wendy's location or anyone associated with Wendy's actually read this review, you need to do something about this kid. He has problems and needs to learn about manners and customer service.

Don't eat here unless you don't care what you get or how long it takes. It took us almost an hour to get a to-go order because they were understaffed, the cashier was very slow, and she messed up my order. She actually misheard me twice, but I only caught one of the two times. She also didn't give me my receipt, so I couldn't verify whether I had even paid for what I asked for. When I got my food, one of my items was missing so I just got to the back of the line to order again. When I finally got to the register with my bag of food still in my hand, she acted like everything was perfectly normal and retook the rest of my order without any questions. I guess that must be a regular occurrence around there. I noticed other people had mistakes on their orders as well. It would have been faster and easier to go ten minutes out of the way to Arby's...

Above and beyond great customer service. I had an epic fail of a home cooked meal, and went to Wendy's to replace my ruined supper. When sharing my story with the staff, they threw in some extras, to ease the pain! My family was VERY appreciative of the goodies. Thanks Wendy's! Great customer service DOES EXIST!
