I had to wait 20 minutes for a sausage biscuit and gravy, I pulled up to go in and doors were locked. The lady saw me and shook her head no and I motioned I was waiting on food. And she ignored me. Had to go back through drive thru a SECOND TIME. Don't waste your time here.

Charged me for items I didn’t order (as I wasn’t told my total at the window) and to top it off my food was cold!
I’ve called over 15 times but seems like someone doesn’t want to answer the phone.
Ps it was not very busy so not sure what the issue is.

Went by on March 12, 2022 and they had 3 people working the entire restaurant and had the dining room closed. Waited 20 minutes in the drive through for no cars to move, so we ended up leaving empty-handed. I specifically only go to McDonalds out of the convenience factor and this was neither quick or convenient. This was the last time I go to this McDonalds.

This restaurant states it is open 24 hours online. I pull up to the drive-thru menu and another car pulls up to the one next to me. After sitting for about two minutes, I asked the gentleman at the other window if he had been helped; he replied no. We both drive around to the window since you could clearly see workers standing behind the counter when approaching the menus. After knocking on the window, an employee finally opens the window and rudely states, "the store is closed; the lights are off!" I understand COVID-19 changed operating hours for many businesses. However, it would be very much appreciated if the owners would update the hours posted online to help potential future customers.

My kid was starving after practice, so we swung by and ordered a happy meal. We get home and in the happy meal box are 4 nuggets and a toy. This is the second time we haven’t gotten what we paid for at this location.

I bought 5 combos # 3 apart from paying a total of 48.79 for a raw meal .. I called and they told me that it was not possible and that it was not their problem that I lived far away that I had to go back to the place to take the food back if No they couldn't help me ,,, I paid for raw food and they still tell me it's not their problem ????

Yikes, guess the remodel was for nothing? So I have been to this McDonald's twice in the past two weeks in the mornings around 7am. When I pulled in, the drive through only had maybe 6-8 cars. Historically that means I should be able to get through pretty quick. The last two times I have been here they have only had one employee running the entire drive through.... They did not have the pay window open, so they were only utilizing the #1 pickup window. I am confused why during the busiest time in the morning you would only have one employee scheduled and only be using one of the 3 windows? After my first visit I gave the benefit of the doubt as I know that many businesses are struggling to hire enough employees, but that was ridicules. Both trips took over 20 min from pull in to pull out, and there were less than 10 people in front of me. I have been to a lot of McDonald's, but this one is one of the worst. Its a shame because their location is great. Maybe someday they will get their act together, but until then I will be staying away.
Had another negative experience today, but it was slightly better. So will up my review by one star.
