Got a regular burger and fries take out for dinner. The food is excellent and delicious. If you want a burger, Five Guys is your place. And the fries, be hungry. You get amazing value for what you order. You probably want one regular fries for each two or maybe even three people in your group. Worth it. Dine in is available and in good shape. Parking is a bit tight at this location. But they have spots. The staff are nice but need to pay attention to detail. My order was given to another person before I got there. He had only the same first name. So I had to wait for my order to be made again, even though I ordered in advance via phone before I got there. I didn't wait long, maybe ten minutes. Still a blemish on an otherwise great meal. I think I will go back, but only if I know I will have extra time to deal with a mistake.

Highly disappointed. I have recently visited twice and disappointed both the times. I ordered Large Cajun Fries both the times and ended up getting very little. Not worth $8 to pay for it. I always prefer Five Guys over others for fries and ready to pay the price but with very less portions for the money is not acceptable. I used to purchase in other Five Guys around Nashville area, never experienced this.

The burgers were awesome when they give you the burger you wanted. Did a take out and when I got home, they have me the wrong burger with the wrong toppings. I ordered a little burger but got a regular burger with everything.. the burger was still good. The fries on the another hand looked like someone pick them up with 2 fingers and that's it.
I went back the next day with a friend and asked why they do not add fries like they used to. I was told that this is the new way of serving fries. Outside bosses want to go against the way they used to serve them. Alot of people complain about it. Large and regular fries gets you small fries as an add on

Will not be back. Order from here frequently and dine in as well. Usually good but a little overpriced for what it is. Tonight ordered for pickup, a total of $30.00 for 3 small burgers and 1 small fry, no drinks. The patty I got on my "little" cheeseburger took the name to the extreme. It was about a quarter of a patty if that, more like a burger from Krystal. This is not the first time the patties have been on the small side but this was by far the worst. I'd been better off going to Krystal, at least I would have been full.

One star for the food, one for the peanuts, none for the ridiculous ripoff prices. Expect to pay $40 for two adults and child for the small burgers. Confuse the heck out of them by asking them not to smash the bun up in aluminum foil.
