The foods great best ice cream but not a cool atmosphere

There is not much that differentiates one carvel from another product-wise. However, the awesome customer service and friendly staff is what makes this one shine. We have a peanut allergy in the family and have never had an issue either.
They also do a phenomenal job decorating cakes. 10/10 would recommend :)

Best location by far! The girls there actually want to work. The other surrounding locations, valley stream, west Hempstead, lynbrook etc can’t make a chocolate shake to save their lives !

Gets packed in here wish the setup in these carvels were a bit more spacious maybe?.. Other wise service is great.

I love this place. My daughter always wants a Jr cup with vanilla ice cream with rainbow 🌈 sprinkles... the young girl there with the blond hair and wonderful personality is swift and effective when she's serving.

They have a great socially distant set up, minimizing the number of customers allowed inside. Obviously Carvel is pretty straightforward, and you know what to expect. Five stars for friendly service and covid safe protocols.
