Subway

Frankfort IL, I have been here multiple times and the store is clean and the food is fresh. I most often order the tuna and today, the young girl (Miss B) (I don't want to use her name without permission) blew it out of the park. I assume the others were the owners, and they are always nice and and attentive .Great experience, thank you

Subway is always awesome! The staff is super friendly and the sandwiches are always affordable. I've been coming to Subway for years now and I think I'll be coming here forever lol. If you're looking for awesome tasting sandwiches with a great friendly staff and check-out Subway. Plus the best part about eating a sandwiches is I lost 20 lb in 2 months.

If you think this Subway is like any other Subway then you'd be sorely mistaken. Judging from the reviews, employees, and own personal experiences, the owner is a rude, abrasive, and stingy manager who doesn't treat his employees or customers fairly. The shop doesn't follow any of Subway's common practices, such as using a scoop for the meat. Instead the shop still uses those very small trays, where the servings of meat is about half of that of any other Subway today. On top of that, I had a job interview here about a year ago. The owner provided me a sheet made by Subway Corporate to test new employees. He told me to ignore the entire first section that went over basic math when applied to sizing and measuring quantities of food. (My hunch is because he uses his own portions and sizing in order to save on money). It seems like he cuts corners in order to save as much money as possible. If this is what I can see on the surface as a customer, then I'm worried what else he might be doing below the surface. I've never seen a happy employee work here, every employee that I've ever seen here is always down, upset, or unhappy. Undoubtedly thanks to bad management from the owner. One of the previous reviews even mentioned that he heard the owner shouting at one of his employees. So, long story short, the shop is run by a ill-tempered, abrasive, mean-spirited man who runs the Subway store how he likes it instead of using the standard best practices that every other Subway store follows. I only wish I could give this place 0 stars.

How do I give this place a zero? It is a 1 star ONLY because the owner was pleasant and receptive to my compliant. DONT go here on the day that the white, robust build girl, with the short hair cut is there and order a chopped salad. She won't be happy. She threw bowls, utensils and meat around and commented in front of me to her friend that I had an attitude for correcting her in her question to me. Needless to say, I left her, her attitude and thF chopped salad in the restaurant!
