Dunkin'

First time I came here was in the evening and the place was great , quite , clean , good service , good atmosphere , then I came in the morning for coffee and I thought I was in a total different place ! In the morning it's a place for homeless to use the bathroom get warmed up and wake up , on this day more homeless coming in to use bathroom than customers coming to buy coffee ? Several tables and chairs taken by homeless who were not customers ? The bathrooms and the tables and chairs should be for paying customers not freeloaders hanging around to get warm and use the bathrooms , hope that changes it ruins the morning atmosphere and turns customers away ....here is what you can expect, everyday one or two dopped out homeless people sleeping on tables that should be for paying customers ....more and more homeless sleeping on tables in the morning ,this is bad for business and drives customers away , policy should be that if your not a customer you don't get to stay for free and take up customers spots ....

This place by far has to be the worst coffee spot ever. All employees seem extremely lax and don't have any sense of urgency. You are guaranteed to wait at the speaker/menu board upon arrival even if you're the only car there. Secondly, you're guaranteed to wait for the person at the window to come and take your payment or even be greeted. Lastly, you're guaranteed to get burnt coffee. Even all the sugary coffee drinks taste burnt. I'm amazed this place is still in business. Don't waste your money here

If you are in a hurry this is not the drive-thru you want to go to. I've been waiting for the line to move for about 20 minutes and nothing. The other day I waited 25 minutes at the speaker expecting them to take my order and when they didn't, I drove up to the window and all the workers were just hanging out, meanwhile there are 10 cars behind me. This place sucks.

The worst Dunkins I’ve been to. Waited so so long in the drive-thru when there were just two cars ahead of mine. I ordered oat milk, they gave me whole milk. When I told them it’s OAT milk, the guy poured half of the drink out and proceeded to put oat milk into it. I can’t have dairy! The worst customer service.
