Booked in at Vida pineslopes yestarday arnd 12noon for my usual snack and a quick coffee ,to my surprise came across new faces as l have been accustomed to friendly cute smiles from 2 of the vida pineslopes stuff in form of a lady whose always bubbly and a young handy man ,whom l have always found hard to pronounce his name but do remember it starts with Md...Unfortunately as for yesterday l was told the lady was moved to another shop in Rivonia and her partner in good service rendering was seen visible but busy of which had it been he had seen me first my day would have been as amazing as they always make me feel like a king to them .l was treated to a very lousy gesture by the lady whom l believe is a cashier if not a replacement of the one whom l was told was relocated to another store,all l could see was her constantly checking on her phone while busy making me a coffee though l understood the area had no electricity since morning but playing with her phone and not showing me any sense of urgency to me was a real turn off as this has been my coffee spot in a while.<br/>Again l quesition Vida Caffe's policy of transferring stuff to other branches .<br/>Pity as l write this post am on my way to the airport enroute to Australia but would love to get the numbers of that lady who has been tremendous with service @vida pineslopes since she was brought there.<br/>Overall overview Coffee and snacks they live up to expectations but service is pathetic to be honest.0717607171

Popped in for a quick chocolate frio while waiting for a friend. The Vida loyalty program is amazing - quick and easy to pay with the app and you earn loyalty points. Service is quick which is also a big plus. The chocolate in my frio tasted a little cheap, a little like cheap baking chocolate which was disappointing.

Best coffee and snacks. the staff are upbeat and i love the singing.<br/><br/>their quattro muffins are top notch. <br/><br/>I've also had their toasted sarmies which are fresh and  delicious.<br/>They had a small window of redesign when the main store was closed but the cart outside was fully operational , but i believe they are now back in action

Went to Vida this morning and felt like I literally had to force the waiters for customer service. I was even ignored when I requested assistance with the WiFi. As a freelancer I'm always looking for great spaces close to home from which to work from. Sadly this place didn't cut it . I'm so sick of establishments that make you feel like they are doing you a favour. If you don't want my money, say so and spare me the terrible service! So disappointed!!!!
