The staff, especially the amazing Manager Jackie, were beyond helpful. Jackie went above and beyond to ensure we had a delicious and satisfying meal, tailoring dishes to our needs with a smile that never faltered. Not only did they know their veg/vegan options inside and out, but they were also excited to offer suggestions. I am a regular at Mugg and bean Sandton and I felt like the Mugg and bean in Fourways was amazing. The waiters are friendly and the atmosphere is beautiful. It was also nice seeing one of my favourite waitresses at the fourways branch Kai. She always has a smile on her face and nice to be around. I’ll definitely come to the Mugg and bean in fourways again.

I was at the Fourways branch and I ordered a big daddy burger which was really great,the sauce really is tasty and not only that the service was amazing, the waiter Kai really went above and beyond to ensure we had a great meal through recommendations.l will definitely be going back to the establishment.

I must say that I have been to many restaurants in my lifetime and the one thing I usually struggle with is the service , but today I'm so glad I got to fully enjoy my experience. I had a Sweetcorn fritter meal and it was absolutely amazing ! The atmosphere was great The shop was super clean ! But my favorite part was the service I received from Kai She was so friendly , funny and helpful She helped me and my sister pick out a meal ideal for us both and made adjustments were necessary Her patience qas greatly appreciated and her smile definitely added to the experience Please look for her if you ever decide to visit this branch !!! 🙏🏻 Well done Guys !

I love, love, love Mugg and Bean, Fourways Mall. The meal offerings, the quality of the food, and exceptional service always make my heart smile. My kids and I really enjoy everything about M&B. Had an amazing time at fourways mall mug and bean. Beautiful service...got served by a young lady named Kai and wow wow wow her service was amazing. She's polite, very attentive and very friendly. I enjoyed the food as well...wow I'll definitely become a regular customer from now going forward :)
