I come to this location about 2-3 times a week for breakfast. Its really close by my job. Every time I come here, this employee is really nice and has great energy and I just want to thank you for being you. You are the reason I love coming here and will keep coming back. I actually like this place, the employees are usually really nice. I did have an issue once where I didn't get my two tacos and I didn't notice it until I got home, and I was sad, because I was craving tacos that night. No receipt had been given to me, so I checked the bag and still no receipt. I went the next day to buy more food, and wanted to let the manager know the situation and suggest that they need to give the customer's their receipt and napkins in the bag. Yet the manager didn't even let me finish and immediately concluded I wanted free tacos or something and was rude. I made a complaint about this whole ordeal, and the next day I got a response back. I was heard and I greatly appreciate it. I understand they are busy, I get it, I won't hold it against anyone. Since I've never had no issues in the past, and the complaint got addressed I continue coming here. I still take their surveys, because Good service deserves good reviews, and I get a good deal out of it. That one incident won't change my opinion of the employees. The place is small, and it's located by 7th st, so it can get crowded during rush hours, but the wait is not that long. Other than that one bad experience, it's been good.
