Arby's

I placed an order for three meals and a kids meal. When the individual was handing me my food I noticed that there were rips in two bottom corners of the bag and a big rip down the side. I asked if she could repackage the order as there were fries falling out of the bag and I was concerned that I may drop the bag due to it's poor condition. She was very rude about it, tossed an empty bag at me and said that if I wanted it repackaged that I would have to do it myself and then she slammed the drive thru window shut.

Ordered several items, a sandwich combo mal, a wrap, and 5 sliders, what they gave us was a sandwich with a drink, no fries, a wrap, not the one we ordered, got our sliders right, then they gave us mozzarella sticks and lil chicken bites. Asked for horsie sauce but got Arby's sauce, asked for a coke or Pepsi, got a diet instead...gross, no napkins at all. Shouldn't complain it is fast food and we arent fast food people good to know nothing has changed for the better in the fast food industry. Our bad for eating fast food!

I ordered a double roast cheddar meal. Had almost no meat on it. I ordered a regular bun but was still given one with onions. I am allergic to onions :|. My curly fries were cold. Inside was closed so I couldn't go in and complain and there was a line at the drive through. Worst experience I have ever had
