For mall food, it is probably the best choice in the food court. The food is always hot and fresh. The people working do actually smile and seem happy to help. The spicy chicken is EXCELLENT. It is full of flavor and sometimes can be too hot. I rarely make it past there when the mall is my lunch location.

Went there today and had their mango chicken, spicy grilled chicken, and fried rice. It was excellent. Gentleman handing out samples was super friendly, said thank you to me once he saw I went to them after trying a sample, also the 2 gentleman that got my food were nice. The only negative thing I would say is the cashier didn't really seem friendly. I guess I am use to someone asking me if there is anything else or if I would like to add a drink. I'm sure they would make more sales if the cashier asked if you wanted anything else and maybe smiled, but all in all food was good and most of the staff were nice.

We were at Glenbrook mall and we were looking at some places to eat. I saw Ruby thai kitchen and thought to myself that sounds good. We went up there and the employees gave us a couple samples and explained what they were. We got the meals and they were both really nice and awesome and one of the better meals I've had in the mall. Good job!

Food was fine-employees/management rude. Took my 20 year old daughter to the mall to get her out of the house after her tonsillectomy. she said some rice and sweet and sour chicken sounded good. Unfortunately Panda Express did not have s/s chicken. We sampled the mango chicken at Ruby Thai and found it was tasty. So she decided on that. Asked for it to go, was told they had no to go boxes(there were sandwich size ones sitting there). Proceeded to cashier to pay when manager came back with to go boxes, so we asked cashier for one she mumbled yes, but did not get one, we waited and asked again she still did not get one for us. So my daughter went to the manager and asked for one, he handed us the small sandwich size, daughter told him no she didn't want that size, I said wow all this for a to go box I'm just trying to get her home as she recently had surgery. she didn't want her stuff all thrown together He stated to us, well you don't have much food to put in the big one (how rude). at that point I said that's it I will never come here again, he mumbles something about what is wrong, I said really you don't know and walked away. All this over a to go box when they could have very easilty handed us one and been done with it. Isn't it suppose to be pleasing the customer??

WORST MANAGEMENT EVER!. Waited almost 20 minutes for sub par food as all the employees were busy on their cell phones. Got my order to go, arrived home and found that it was nothing close to what i ordered. Continually tried to call them and their phones go to fax. The meat in what I did receive i would not even allow my dog to eat!
