Applebee's

Brennan our waiter was very respectful and helpful, he was very attentt (sorry if I spelled your name wrong) and I really appreciate your professionalism along with the mgnr. being very nice, helpful &social💯❣️❣️❣️ I've been eating the wonton tacos for YEARS&they "still" taste amazingly the same, just delicious 👍🏾🤤 tried the boneless parmesan chicken bites for the 1st time&was surprisingly satisfied by all the flavor, sooooo good👌🏾💯❣️❣️❣️

Pretty bad experience. The server forgot our drinks for over 15 minutes. The sweet tea she brought was very watery and unsweet. I ordered a frozen drink from the bar that took 20 minutes to come to the table and I’m almost positive there wasn’t a drop of alcohol in it. The spinach artichoke dip was lukewarm with stale chips. Main entrees were okay. When it was time to pay she mixed up our ticket with the table next to us and charged us for their table. The server was nice and all but there were just too many mistakes made.

If you enjoy clogged arteries this place is the best! Burger was great except the abundance of grease dripping out of it. Onion rings were weirdly super dry, but greasy. My alcoholic beverage was sooo sweet I couldn't even drink it. Ribs were slathered in sauce because they were burnt and super dry. The kids had pasta and really enjoyed it. I guess it's hit or miss.

Sent the food back, wasn't cooked correctly and everything was tough and gross. Server was fantastic and very understanding. The problem isn't the food, it's the cooks, or rather the person who allows the food to come out in the state that it did. Regardless, they need to redo some things, I won't be coming back.

I am not sure where to start. First off the bartender, she was trying her best and she was nice, but she got easily overwhelmed with a few drinks here and there. And unfortunately made the environment around the bar stressful, frantic, and was complaining about the other staff in-front of us and everyone else within earshot. We both ordered the special drinks of the month, both were too thick and tasted like fruity syrup and undrinkable. We didn’t get waters, menus, or silverware for 10 minutes after we were sat at the bar. Both our drinks also were served in HOT glasses and my wife’s glass had dried and crusty mashed potatoes on the brim and was served as is. The food overall was edible but tasteless and bland, neither of us enjoyed it and only ate about 1/4 of our meals. The salmon and mashed potatoes were both over cooked and had no seasoning/flavor. The 4 cheese Mac and cheese was runny and had no flavor either. Overall a bad experience and would not recommend this location. Obviously it’s Applebees but even as such this was the worst food,drink,service, and environment for an Applebees we’ve experienced yet.

My wife waited 2 1/2 hours for our meals to go. They forgot one burger and onion rings so while waiting for my burger and onion rings the rest of my food was left cold. When I called to complain to manager the waitress named Faith decided to pick up the phone and hang it up on me. I had my wife put the manager on the phone with her personal device to reach them. Finally got food and the frozen Walmart food was better. Poor staff and management. Don’t eat here

Understaffed and not honest with customers. The hosts explanation for the long wait and several empty tables was social distancing. However, this was not actually being practiced. Every other table was not being skipped contrary to their claim. We waited 35 minutes, which isnt bad for a friday evening, but the staff should be honest with customers. The food time was reasonable and the quality was average.
