Raider Pizza

Stopped in with a co-worker after doing some business in the area and we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of food that we received. It was a good value, as well. The pepperoni bread sticks were cheesy and toasted perfectly. The white spinach pizza that we ate was rich and totally worth the money. Quite delicious. I suppose the toppings could have been distributed a little bit better, but I had no complaints. The atmosphere is simple and has a real hometown feel. It stands to reason whenever you consider that it's Raiders pizza and you are in high school territory of the Red Raiders. You'll find some jerseys hanging up, but otherwise it's a fairly stripped-down restaurant in terms of ambience. Nothing fancy. I found the service to be great. I don't know the name of the gentleman who took care of us, but he was apparently in charge of both waiting the tables, cleaning them, and preparing the food. It was not crowded while I was there. I would not hesitate to stop by again if I happen to be in the Riverdale area. Interested? Just turn your attention to the little strip mall near to the Sunoco.

I love Raiders, the food is really yummy and the staff is super friendly! They just changed their pizza recipe to hand tossed dough and it's even better than before! Their calzones are the best, bring your appetite because the portions are big but very reasonably priced. My favorite thing about Raiders is actually the owners, they are amazing people that give back so much to the community.

Went on a friday night, and for a small place it was well staffed and they were turning and burning business like nobodys business! Had the friday night special which is 10 wings and a 1 topping pizza for $19.99. We upgraded to the shrimp parmesan pizza with honey bbq wings. FANTASTIC! Pizza was great and the winga were cooked perfectly! Great job overall!
