She charged like double tax on my receipt.
The price that is advertised was wrong and She was trying to explain, but she was saying that it is plus tax and tax again. She must be trained again to understand what this business is. My experience was terrible with them!!

I love this Dunkin donuts. It's the only one that no matter when I go, it always has good tasting, fresh, coffee. The brew strength is always good and consistent. The employees are awsume, friendly and nice. They get to know you and what you want. I pass up the Lemoine ave DD and go here,its worth it. Also this is the only Dunkin that always gives a deal on ground coffee , the others wont unless running a promo.

Ask for minnie donuts didn't flavors ones and it was dry and hard as if it's been sitting there since morning and it was already 6:30pm. Asked for French Vanilla coffee coolatta it was no taste except coffee and when told it needed more French Vanilla he over did it. They should be trained better.

Convenience is the only reason I go here. There’s a bad smell once you walk in, the location seems dirty, kids high-chair was disgusting, and they can never get my order right when I order ahead on their app. It’s either burned wake up wraps, bad coffee, or a missing item (or two). I wish they renovated and started all over again!

Not at all welcoming. They had everything in the menu but sign boards like customers can sit there for only 15 minutes max is not a happy sign to see. Someone from Dunkin Donuts should take action against the owners to post something like this. Hurts the brand and causes discomfort to the customers.
