Pho' Today

To be fair the chicken Pho was good. The negative parts is one of the employee while working was on a phone call and her speakers on, she had no regards for the customers nor for the restaurant itself, I am not sure how do they allow such thing. I went there to get some quiet time to enjoy some delicious pho and left with a headache. What a shame.

We had dinner tonight. Food was good but server were rude. We let them know that we don’t eat pork and answer was they don’t have pork. Then brought us spring roll with pork. We asked to substitute with something else. They replied just don’t eat it !! Why we have to skip rolls which we already paid for it !! We wanted to have extra jalapeños but they never checked us.

Very upsetting experience for the past few times visits. I normally don't get tick by this as this has happened before and usually understandable. However, what happened today is extremely upsetting. The waitress took our order as usual. When we got our order, we realized one of the item is missing. We question the waitress and she replied that they are out of it so they just throw in a spring roll instead. She simply didn't care (as usual) and walk away. Now here comes the most upsetting part. She turn around and accepted a same ordered from the table behind us. She says nothing about missing items. I should also mention that food we ordered is the most expensive one on the menu. Here are the problems: 1. Why aren't we told when ordering? 2. Why aren't we informed during the food making process? 3. Why didn't we have the opportunity to choose what to substitute? 4. The price of the spring roll is not even close to the missing item. 5. Continue accepting orders knowing that they can't fulfill. This is cheating the customer and false advertising. I wish the owner can see this post and get their employees straight out. As to the rest of you, make sure to check what you get is what you ordered.
