Panda Express

When I arrived at Panda, the line was SO long and NOT moving. I had about 9 people in front of me. They wasn't even worried about taking any orders from people IN the store. All they was worried about is online and delivery orders. After standing in line I'd say, 25-30 mins.. I get towards the counter w one lady in front of me.. He then says, "5 more minutes!" I replied, "No, we been here 30 already!" He filled the lady before me, mine, and another couples. The food appeared fresh. Chow main was FULL of celery, nothing else. No sauce or taste to the noodles, just celery!! While I do understand w covid, places are short staffed.. But there was absolutely NO excuse for as long as we waited in line. Def will not be back. All that celery in ONE bowl!!

The line to order food was at least 10 people deep. I was actually eating lunch at the Burrito spot across the way. I couldn't help but to notice the line at Panda Express. After eating my burrito, I got in line to try some Panda Express. OMG!!! It was totally worth the wait. The customer service wasn't as great as the Food, but the visit was totally worth it. I will definitely be going back to Panda Express...

The food here is delicious, so I always have the urge to come back. Sometimes the high is not worth the pain. That’s usually the case here. On two occasions I have placed online orders that were delivered 45+ minutes after the designated pickup time. On both of those two occasions, I watched the entire store come and go while I waited and politely checked in with the staff. I did not receive a discount or free meal on either occasion. Unfortunately, in person ordering still has its caveats. Orders that are ready are not effectively communicated, so people stand around and wait while their food gets cold on the counter, because staff don’t use a microphone and don’t call out the orders vocally enough to be heard through their masks. Again, the food is great. But don’t bother unless you aren’t very hungry and have time to spare, do not intend to order online, and are willing to jockey for position and hover to claim your order when it’s ready.
