Great service and wonderful staff. This place es busy and they all worked together to get the orders correct and out in a timely manner. Both car line and inside were busy. We usually avoid fast food while traveling. We just did not want Mexican food, which there’s q lot of them. Three star for the staff

I'm beginning to realize fast food is a thing of the past. 😥. The line was long, the wait was long, still needed to go in due to them forgetting a major item. With that being said, the lady working the window was super sweet & trying her best to keep it together. The young man in front was also very apologetic the item was forgotten. While waiting on several people at the same time. Explaining to 1 his sandwich was almost ready, taking another order because even though he told the gentleman "I'll be right with you" the gentleman proceeded to give him his order. Instead of him repeating he'd be right with him, he hurried & took his order, while in the meantime the gentleman waiting on his sandwich drops his drink everywhere. I felt so bad & was thankful I didn't go in with an attitude. I'm not in fast food business nor would I want to be. These kids are giving it their all. So next time you get in the drive thru please try to remember, you don't know what's going on inside & everyone is short handed. The only reason for the 3 star is because by the time I got our food it was cold.

The food was good, however, the dining area was closed so the drive-thru was the only option. Unlike Chick FIL A, their single line wrapped around the restaurant and their under-staffed crew was extremely slow. I fault the owners and managers, not the workers. Food was good, service was professional. My second biggest gripe was ...no Frostys. Managers should ensure the restaurant is properly supplied!

Normally their food is pretty decent but the last time I went I ordered a meal with a sweet tea, I took a sip while waiting for my food and It was unsweetened. For whatever reason the sweet tea was never sweetened. So they replaced it with a coke. The manager apologized for the mishap. When I was handed my food, the manager gave me a tea. She said it was from the front. On the way home I bit into my bacon pub sandwich and choked on what I'm hoping is the piece of paper that separates the cheese. I live to far out to go back and was too worried to eat the rest because I didn't know what the paper was. So it was a ham sandwich for me after I paid like $8 for a fast food burger.
