Ice cream is really good, it is decently priced and the employees are really nice. It seems like nobody went to Togo's when I was there, everybody was coming in and getting ice cream and leaving. They have stranger things themed ice cream flavors since season 3 of the popular Netflix show just released. They are also selling stranger things toys so if you are a fan or the kids are, definitely bring them and sample the flavors. I recommend the elevens heaven stranger things flavor.

Good ice cream with interesting flavors along with good classics like strawberry. Tuesdays half price after 6 PM on select items is a really great deal for a family that wants individual scoops of different flavors. For $1.40 per a single scoop cone you can't go wrong... Or half price for a double scoop Sundae if you want to splurge. Great flavor right now is the "Nutty Coconut" with almonds, walnuts and pecans, yummy!

This place was great! We went in to buy a cake for my mom at the last minute. The clerk there was able to customize the cake for us and was really nice and helpful. He gave us a lot of options and was willing to help out as much as possible even though we were coming in at the last minute. We will definitely be back! Great job everyone there! :)

I requested a Turtle Blast.
I received a Cappuccino Blast with caramel and chocolare syrup around the cup made with vanilla ice cream.
The worker did not clarify what a Turtle Blast was, even though it's an old drink that most employees know.
I know they don't have the turtle garnish anymore as I've worked for this company as a whole but not this location for a total of 4 years.
Very disappointed that they did not make me what I requested and decided to make something up thinking I would not know the difference.

i am a bird enthusiast, and entered this location hoping to see some baskn robins, as i needed something to clear my mind of my recent heartbreak. I was horrified to learn that there was no robins within the extablishment, as they had been replaced with mediocre ice cream and a pimply teenage male. He rolled his eyes when i asked for a 13 scoop cone, and when i began practicing fortnite emotes on the table while waiting for the ice c ream i was asked to leave. I never recieved my 13 scoops of ice cream, or sighting of any birds. terrible establishment.

It is a Baskin-Rabbins/Togo which is awesome because it is down the street from a school and offers some great after school treats. However, when we arrived at the store it was undermanned and the service was a bit slow. The owner was there but didn't jump in when a line formed so the poor girl behind the counter couldn't give the customer service level that you would expect. She seemed rushed and preoccupied. Other than that the icecream we received was fine.

It's always enjoyable to go out for ice cream at Baskin Robbins as an occasional and fun treat. The Folsom location, paired with Togo's, is especially nice for my family and I to visit. We have done so multiple times, and will continue to do so as well.

Love randomly stopping here to grab some ice cream. Good stuff. Puts a smile on your face for hours. Added bonus is you can eat some Togo's subs if you need real food too.
