My kids love Subway sandwiches. Most of the employees are very sweet and helpful. The sandwiches are great and I try to go this branch whenever possible. Overall, service in all Subways are the same, but at this branch, the ladies are really nice (not like Subway teenager employees at other branches with the glaze of boredom in their eyes).

Ordered footling coldcut combo with avacado at additional cost thru Uber eats. They charged $2.18 for the avacado but did not put it on my sandwich but did not notice right away as I was at a swim meet. Tried to call, but auto message says they can't accept messages. Tried to contact by phone but it went to an auto message that said it can't accept messages.
Update:. Went in to subway restaurant and asked for if a manager was available. Kid behind the counter so not really, so I explained the problem and he replied he wasn't sure what he could do. I told him he needed to refund the avacado charge, he said he couldn't do that so I told him he needed to call a manager or I'd report the fraud to Consumer Affairs. Another worker came out from the back. When I explained I was charged for avacado but it wasn't on the sandwich despite the $2.19 charge they both questioned the amount saying they only charge $1.50 so I showed them the on line receipt. I finally was refunded the charge.
I upgraded stars from 2 to 3 because they the did refund the charge but the 1st employee’s response was to act as if he couldn't do anything about so I had to argue the point. SUBWAY OWNERS:. empower your staff to handle refunds of this nature or make sure there is ALWAYS a manager on shift who can.

HORRIBLE Customer service! I walked up at 0835 and the owner standing in front of the store on the phone smoking said "we don't open until 9". I said oh ok the web said 0830. He said "oh Sorry and went back to his call. FIRST off you are in food service, you have a back door and I shouldn't have to smell your nasty ass smoke as I try to buy a sandwich.. THEN a couple guys walk in ast 0845 and low and behold walk out with sandwiches!! So you were too busy SMOKING and Talking on the phone that you turned a customer away.. I WIL NEVER GO BACK! It doesn't deserve ANY stars but I can't review if I don't select at least 1.... 😠

Worst customer service... I work in the same parking lot so I've been coming in alot and every time the experience gets worse... Between the girls that are rude ,speaking they're own language and making wrong orders to the young kid employee who never washes hands or change glove after touching money...I keep trying to go back but I will not return and I'm going to tell others not to go there ....don't even want to tell of the experience I had today..just stay clear..subway-more like sub-noway
