Red Robin

Continue issue with this location. Three times order food wait 10-15 min for them to come out and explain they were out of something and need to change my order. Then brings the rest of the families good out while others wait. Last time was totally out of pizza crust. Communication folks with your serving staff would be nice if I'm ever back to this location. Quit blaming COVID for your lack of communication

I love this Red Robin. We like to purchase their family hamburger meals. I order online and have it brought out to my car. We can customize each burger with the type of protein and cheese you want. They even have a gluten free bun and a veggie burger. Make sure to ask for condiments otherwise you will only get the Red Robin seasoning.

Unfortunately my families experience wasn't great. We decided to go to the Folsom location for my grandsons birthday and the service was awful. Our server failed to provide the basic essentials i.e. silverware and napkins. Additionally the bartender made the worst tequila sunset and tried to justify it by using the excuse that this was due to the amount of ice used. They reluctantly made the drinks again. They failed to offer bottomless fries or drinks and had to remake burgers after taking the order twice. Last but not least, they failed to provide the birthday experience for my grandson. The manager, Arianna attempted to make up for the poor service by offering a discount and a sundae but I honestly feel there is no valid excuse for the service we received. For a place the charged about $14.00 for a Burger, the experience was horrible and my family will not likely return. 👎👎👎😞😞😞😞😞😞😞😞😞😞😞😞😞😞😞😞😞😞!

Not at all great experience. Came to this place with great expectations and hungry and a totally disappointed. Took forever to take an order and then the order came incorrectly. The staff is not courteous and very casual attitude. Total Disappointment. This is my second visit to this place and both times the experience isn't great.
