We came in shortly after they opened in the morning. The customer service was ok. Not quite friendly and not rude either. We did end up paying for more food than we requested because it was mistakenly tacked on. We were in a hurry so just kept it.
The gross part was the women’s restroom, it was filthy. Both toilets clogged, paper towels over flowing the garbage and no soap.
Smash burger is good, but this location just doesn’t live up to the standards in service and cleanliness we’ve experienced in the other local locations. We won’t come here again.

My burger was pretty sad. And I get pretty sad when I don't have a good burger. I got the chicken burger with truffle mushroom. I was super excited for it as I love truffle, but of course it tasted kind of artificial. The chicken was pretty good, but it could have used more seasoning and spices. But the whole burger was just the chicken, one slice of cheese and a few mushrooms. A few mushrooms -_-.
Overall, it was very underwhelming, the sandwich was small and I was not very satisfied. Maybe I should have gotten a beef burger which is what they're more known for.

Definitely a great place if you are craving real burgers. Nice and quiet place with some good music in the background. Coming back again with kids. Me and wifey already enjoyed ours.

The food is decent in the service is quick. their customer service is actually a little over the top and it's not that laid-back of an atmosphere.

This Smash Burger was a lovely experience. The burgers are juicy and delicious, can be customized and come with a single or double Patty. The service is pleasant and and helpful, and the wait times have never been disappointing to me. The fries aren't the greatest, but they certainly aren't bad. I personally prefer their tater tots over their fries, but that's just me. I would describe this place as a hybrid between a sit down restaurant and a fast food joint. You go in, order, seat yourself and then your food is brought to you. You also aren't expected to clean up after yourself, as there are no trash cans for you to dispose your waste in. The only downside I have to say is the meals are a bit on the expensive side. Overall I say, if you're looking for some good burgers and don't mind the little extra cost, Smash Burger is a great choice.

I think it was a little bit expensive. $40 for five of us. But the hamburgers were fantastic, and the Rosemary/ garlic fries were amazing. It was the first time I've ever been, but I will return again. Good experience, nice employees.

Burgers are actually a small size, which is way better than all the waste from typical joints! Got the avocado bacon burger, which was good. Ordered the brussel sprouts - flavor was great, but needed a good pat down to rid them of the oil.
