This is a location that has fast service and good staff. They serve the neighborhood so that is reflected in their friendliness. Even if they are busy, they do their best and rarely lose their cool. More often than not, when I come in to pick up my drink right after ordering it, it's ready within a minute or two. Food does take longer but you can't hurry up toasting food.

I truly appreciate this one-Union Street Dunkin Donut: Not everyone or everytime they can speak perfect English, but at least-they are trying to make your orders right! They are willing to listen and very responsible to try Making your Orders Exactly as what you requested! I always get double veggie egg white and they never mess up the order!

Good morning everyone! Just grabbed my coffee at this DD location. I give thumb up to them. I’ve came here for couple times, they always trying the best to meet the need of customers instead of saying “no, we don’t have/ no, we only have this.” Ladies treat us customers like neighbors, always do greeting to everyone. The boss came this morning and had coffee and pastries checked , saying ,” no, u need to put these away, not qualified. Let’s do some new muffins and bagels. And the coffee taste not right , do it again. Just remember , give the best to the customers just the way we want to be treated. “. Then said Morning to the dine-in customers and left.

I love the staff here, they are all so nice, it probably helps that they see me at least 3x per day. I could go on and on about how great they are at running the place. I will say that the owner needs to have 2 people working together at night. I understand 1 employee for the last hour but not before. The employees saftey is at risk when they need to use the rest room or prepare items in the back the owner should consider this.

I like this Dunking Donuts store. Nice place so good all kinds food and Drinks too. And all employees so smart. Stores all the so nit and clean. Drink and food make a too fast..and Specially here One employee he is a Name is Mr.Nur He working afternoon time. He is so smart boy. Stylish he always talking to costumes so nicely and friendly always smiling. All make so so nice Also sandwich make a very good and make too fast i think he is only one best employee in this Dunking Donuts. 70% coming only for MR.NUR. I LIKE A SPECIALLY.
