Super Deli

Un endroit qui ne paye pas de mine, avec de très bons Sandwich US réalisés à la demande façon "Subway", mais plus dans l'esprit "Delicatessen". Le quartier est surtout connu pour les restaurants asiatiques, vraiment authentiques. Si votre hôtel est dans les environs (Flushing YMCA), que vous souhaitez diversifier vos expériences culinaires et avoir un aperçu des "Deli" de Manhattan sans avoir à prendre un Uber ou le Métro : c'est l'endroit idéal. Les sandwich sont préparés à la demande et le choix est assez large. J'ai opté pour un sandwich au Pastrami, il était très bon. Dans mes souvenirs, je pense qu'il y avait même un Philly CheeseSteak (à confirmer). Vous pouvez manger sur place mais il n'y a qu'une ou deux tables, rarement occupées. L'essentiel des commandes étant à emporter. L’accueil est très courtois, même si votre "english spoken is not fluently". Accessoirement, ils vendent aussi des grosses bouteilles de soda ainsi que tout ce que vous pouvez trouver dans une petite épicerie de quartier.

I'm pretty much going to reiterate what every other Yelper is saying about this place. If you're in the mood for Korean-Chinese food, this is THE place for the best "Jjajangmyun" in Flushing! The noodles are perfect! For the "Jjampong" fans out there, you might be a little disappointed. Its just decent here. They have a bowl that's split down the middle where you can get half "Jjajangmyun" and half "Jjampong" its good, but I always just stick with the "Jjajangmyun," I'd rather fill my belly with what's better. Their fried battered chicken, pork or shrimp dishes are pretty good here to. Korean's always order either "Ggampoongee" (chicken or shrimp in Sweet and spicy garlic sauce) or "Ttangsooyook" (Sweet and sour pork or chicken) both dishes are great here! What I didn't try but I saw almost every other table with was a Shrimp Tempura type dish, where they would dip the tempura battered shrimp into some soy sauce like substance. I'll definitely order it the next time I'm there. Service here is great as well! The women on their waitstaff were polite, patient (we had 2 kids with out group) and very attentive even when the place was packed! Great spot. Oh, they have parking spots right in front, but only the 3 spaces to the left, the restaurant next door will complain if you park on the 3 spots to the right. Parking can get pretty tight here so its definitely adds a star!
