Burger King

This place used to be Roy Roger's before. I've been a regular customer to this burger king since it opened more than 15 years ago. The Whopper and chicken fries are my favorites. And I love the bottomless drink. Lol. I observed the air-conditioning is working today 08/08/2023. I wish they bring back the bottomless drink too. I'm glad this burger king location is back and alive. I installed the app on my phone for discounts. The King is back. Please don't shrink your fries like Ronald. Lol.

This place is great and there is a Popeyes inside the Burger King. I believe it under one ownership and now you can eat inside and get your drink from the machine. Back in 2020 you can’t eat inside or get the drink yourself and the parking lot entrance door to the restaurant was closed and you were forced to use the front entrance on Union Turnpike. Spectrum News NY1 was on most of the time and if you want to order Burger King and Popeyes call the number on Google

A bit cramped inside (mostly felt when there's many people there) and the parking lot is made on a hill. A little annoying, but not really an issue. They tend to run out of some sodas and take a while to replace them, as well as run out of ice [I don't mind as I typically don't get ice so as to get more soda] but the Popeyes it's joined next to usually has extra soda and upkeeps quicker so it's also not a problem as you can just walk to the other side and get it. The tables are also messy and they're a little slow to get to cleaning, but it's usually just a quick napkin wipe and you're set. The service is good and quick, and the staff is nice too. Lots of pleasant memories with this place, and it's a solid Burger King experience for enjoying a quick meal (:

The food is on par and of a good temperature. The cashiers are very nice though! I see them dealing with less than courteous customers and they just keep smiling. the person in front of me makes no eye contact, no "thank you", literally took 8 packets of half and half for ONE coffee. When it was my turn, the cashier still made me feel welcome. Keep up the great work! Please stock some real milk in the morning for people getting coffee!

As fast food restaurants go, this place is clean, fast and good. The staff is friendly and efficient. There is no drive-thru, but there is plenty of parking making going in, getting food and being on your way easy. My only complaint is that the soda machine is usually low on ice. Otherwise, this is a nice place
