Worst service ever. Over 30 minutes in the drive thru. Finally get food and the fries are cold and stale. The burger does not have any meat. Everyone that works there is lazy and has an attitude. I don’t see how this place is still open. Save your time and frustration and go anywhere else.

They were very slow this morning. Which was fine because they aren’t very well staffed but I ordered a cinnamon roll as seen on the ticket but I got two sausage patties.

The food is usually really good but the service is atrocious. It takes forever to get your food going through the drive-through so I thought I would order online on the app for a specific pickup time...of course it wasn't ready at the time I slotted to pick up...they didn't even begin to make it. In fact it took me 10 minutes to even get the attention of an employee to even let them know that I had an online order. Only then did they start to make my order in which it took 20 minutes...this whole experience took me 30 minutes to get a burger and fries...and it's like this every time. Not worth the wait...don't waste your time.

The drive-thru line was packed, but we went anyway. My friend ordered and they had repeated it back to us just to make sure the order was right. We waited in line for about 10 to 15 min. We got to the window and asked them to repeat the order. They got the order wrong but she was so hungry she added what was missing and kept the messed up part of the order and paid for it too. The people were polite but the ordering process was lacking. The food was good.

Drove over 2hrs to get there. First time coming to this whataburger, and maybe my last. Two people requested a refund, a lady placed a online order, she had to wait 10 to 15 minutes and the order was wrong when she did get it. Ordered my food with only mayonnaise and it can with extra mustard. I ask for no mustard

This Sunday night 11:30 pm. Waiting time in the line for 30 min for a pick up online order. Needed to give up because there were still 5 cars ahead and was too late. Talked to the customer service and didn't want to help. Money lost. If they can't do the pick up service don't offer online please

Dining room closes around 11 and the wait in the drive through took a while but otherwise Whataburger is always one of the better fast food burgers. And don't forget the spicy ketchup!
