Great customer service but awful at making drinks! Literally no point in asking to change/add something to your drink... I asked for an iced cappuccino and got an iced latte. On another occasion I asked for the iced handshaken oatmilk brown sugar espresso and asked to swap the oatmilk with whole milk. Still got oatmilk...

I’m really tired of Starbucks apparent inability to make a cappuccino. If I wanted a latte. I’d order a latte. I always order a Cappuccino/ easy on the milk. Every now and then they get it right. If you don’t know the difference between the two drinks then you may as well stop reading. Today my cappuccino was filled to the brim with milk , no foam. I couldn’t do it so I very nicely asked the barista to make an almost dry cappuccino. She handed me the perfect latte. Meaning it had about a half inch of foam. I don’t want a latte! I want a cappuccino. I’m done. I’ll be making my own, or going to Cupps from now on.
