Simple Burger

Heard raving reviews about this burger joint and had to check it out with a couple friends. It's located next to the nail salon around the corner from T.J. MAXX. Small location, clean restaurant with a casual dine in setting. Staff is friendly. We got a Groupon that allowed us to spend up to $40.00 for a group of four. This place has a veggie burger for all the vegetarians. It is not vegan friendly. We also ordered a double patty cheese burger. You can choose what toppings you want on your burger. On the veggie burger I added jalapenos, sauteed mushrooms and onions. They have different types of fries including regular French, Cajun and garlic parmesan. The garlic parmesan fries were tasty but if you are sensitive to salt, they were on the salty side. As for the burger, I really was not impressed with the veggie patty. It did not taste that great. Also, I do not like when the burger bun is smaller than the patty. All our trays were dripping in oil. The portion sizes are HUGE. Overall, three star rating.

Got the double veggie burger through Waitr app. It was very big. I can tell this is the same frozen patty that mugshots uses lol. It’s still good, I just hoped for a fresh one! Maybe you’re just supposed to get the beef burgers here. The toppings were fresh and good flavors. Garlic fries are tasty as well as the ranch potato salad.

Staff was friendly, store was clean, and the guys was excellent. The garlic parmesan fries were awesome. Bacon cheeseburger both cow and turkey versions were very tasty. Nothing special about the bun but the meat and toppings were great. Will have to try the chicken sometime. This place gives you a choice of grilled and fried. Will definitely eat here again.

My experience with Simple Burger today was very disappointing. I placed an order through Waitr. The delivery was quick. However, the food was not good at all. The garlic parmesan fries were hard, cold and had the taste of old grease. The turkey burger was way beyond charred--it was burned. The turkey burger was also extremely salty. I ended up taking a few bites and throwing all of it away. I hate wasting food. However, I refuse to waste calories on bad food.

The burger was ok not bad. Every thing was made fresh when I got it. The fries were not good in my opinion. Five guys is better overall to me. I gave it a 3 star rating because I just didn't like it as much. The food wasn't bad just not to my liking so I recommend you try them out for yourself. The service was good.

I received my burger and fries by delivery and was astonished to see no toppings on the burger, but a bunch of packets of toppings. I knew the place was cheap, but come on No trust in the cook, either? Extremely wasteful, especially on those of us whose hands can’t open the damn things. Fries were soggy and nothing special, and the same goes for the burger. In other words, not worth the money. In taste and, especially, in service
