Food is good but why do they always take forever to being out your food I waited 20 min before I got my food. Also am I the only one that gets a tore up stomach after ordering a cony? everytime I eat their conies I get a very bad stomach experience so I don't believe I'll be ordering conies anymore ... Sad cause I love them.

Food is always good! I like the convenience of being able to distance from people and stay there to eat. We are in a mask by law state and they aren't wearing theirs. Which explains to 2 stars. I also dont want to write how mode of transmission works either. Wear your mask Sonic employees!

I have always loved Sonic, but this particular one, these guys, well they ALWAYS go above & beyond to make sure we're taken care of, especially when it comes to our SONIC ICE!!

I am here now! Pulled up at drive thru first and NO ONE WOULD EVEN ANSWER THE DRIVE THRU. I pushed my activation button at 2:20 pm had to press it twice they just NOW at 2:49 brought me my food and it was WRONG!!
And just out of curiosity do you happen to still make the real fruit strawberry slushees? We we were told they didn’t but after this train wreck I wanted to check with someone higher up!
Would not recommend!! Probably 6 cars drove off while we waited !

I have never in the 8 years I’ve lived here and placed an order that I haven’t waited extended periods of time either to place the order or receive my order. For those reasons I rarely go but I go back out of curiosity about twice per year. Well, last night was no different. So, I drove to Sonic on Helton Drive and got my order! Wondering if the two Sonics have the same manager? I’m guessing not.

Server had absolutely NO Customer Svc skills, had to re-order the drinks twice bc evidently whomever was doing drinks couldn't comprehend Cherry Coke, light ice or Cherry Vanilka Dr. Pepper, light ice. Should have never had to request the drink 2 more times to get it correctly.
Need to pay attention to detail.
