Panera Bread

Dirty... Floors, table and bathroom even the specialty drink machine looked bad and every drink tasted sour. Over priced for the quality and quantity of food. When I asked an employee to have a table cleaned her response was that the one who does that had been super busy, all while she stood around joking and talking with another employee who did come clean the table but no others. They weren't even busy.The one that was busy did come and clean tables but floors had food all under tables. 1st and last time will never go back !!

Came in to the location at 815pm. There were 4 to 5 employees in the kitchen area. I waited up front and no one acknowledged me. I stood at the register and two of the employees made eye contact with me and did not acknowledge me. I started to walk out and no one acknowledged me. This was so rude and unprofessional. Can’t say I will be back.

Have went here three times within two weeks to try and get a latte and all three times the dude at the window was like SoRrY buT OuR mAcHiNe iS dOwN foR cLeaNiNg. Yeah right kid. They start shutting all their stuff down like 3 hours before close so they can leave immediately. What happened to offering their menu until they close, THEN cleaning up? Bad service and over priced, with mediocre food. Avoid at all cost.

This Panera bread is really friendly my wife and I always come and get soup and sandwich the pick two is always a great option, the broccoli cheese soup or the wholesome chicken noodle soup on a cold day really hits the spot. They also have flatbread pizzas for yourself or your children that are actually pretty big in size, also try one of their new cookies and holiday selections when you’re in visiting. We had one mess up and we came back and they corrected it no questions asked so they get a five star rating

It is open at 6am! A very big deal for me. Staff is NO LONGER awesome, friendly and eager to please. I feel that I am a bother instead of a customer. Near impossible to find a table that is clean and free of crumbs and smudges. The prices seem to go up and the portions get smaller. The promotion photos of their products in no way resemble what appears on your plate. The loyalty rewards program is generous. Location is easy to access. The variety of items is good and you can customize.

If I could give negative stars I would. Dirty dirty dirty. We wanted somewhere to grab a healthy quick meal. We went to the dining area and EVERY table was dirty with crumbs on every table. We asked forsomeoneto clean a table and she walked over with a dry paper towel and wiped off a table and asked if that was good enough. Needless to say we took our food to go.
