Just waited 10 minutes in the drive through for no response. After pulling to a side parking lot to decide where we were going next cars started to pile up in a line. When leaving we saw people were getting waited on... Where were they when me and the four cars behind me we're waiting? If you're busy I understand but we had no cars in front of us and assumed they were closed.

I've been told by employees that this store is one of the busiest in the nation. Never seems so. Even if the line is long for drive through... They are always quick to get my order!

The customer service not really good, I ordered a Chocolate croissant and she didn’t asked me about to warmed, just took the plastic bag and put in the paper one, she made the coffee as if the work she did bothered her.

Ordered a drink worker had me pay for my drink she then turns around to tell me sorry there out of the ingredients for the drink. Ok no big deal can I just have a refund? Yes but you have to take this to customer service and they have to do it. So I have to wait in line at Starbucks just to pay for something they don't even have. Then have to go wait in line at customer service for 20 minutes for $4.50. All because the Starbucks worker wasn't paying attention.
