Panera Bread

Went at the peak lunch hour (noon to 1pm). Line to order was long. Cashier very friendly. Got a pager. Pick up time was slow and some people had their name called, some their pager number and some got paged. A little confusing for both the guest and employees. My Thai Chicken was excellent, but my Turkey Avocado BLT was missing the Avocado. The sandwich was also just average- nothing that would make it stick out. I will chalk it up to it being lunch and very busy. I will come back when it's not so busy.

Got a pick 2 and when I arrived at the pickup spot they were out of bread bowls. They were apologetic but it was understandable as it was close to closing time. They made up for it with extra baguettes and a larger bowl of soup. Great service. It's nice to see workers getting along and smiling. Good experience!

I am a guest at this Panera location on a daily basis. Let me start off by saying there are times when the wait is long or they forget an item I ordered but it always depends on who is working and I understand mistakes happen. I am really here to commend them on part of their management team. There is one manager in particular that works during the day shift and she is an absolute treasure. Not only does she have my entire order memorized, even down to how many butter packets I like, she always greets myself and every guest with a smile you can see even with a mask on. She is always going above and beyond to help guest and today was no different. Panera should be very proud to have an employee like her. Today I witnessed a situation between her and a guest and just want to say she handled it professionally and never lost her genuine, kind spirit even when the young lady was being rude. Well done, ma'am. Keep up the good work, you're helping to make this a better location more every day.
