First Watch

I placed an online order, spent $30 and was shocked when I got there. I was stopped abruptly at the door by a worker and the entrance was so crowded with people who had their masks pulled down, breathing hard in a small crowded room. Food wasn’t ready and we got home to find out the food was thrown together poorly. They definitely cheap out on online orders, you don’t get nearly the same amount of food as you would if you had dined in. Not to mention their specialty drinks are extremely overpriced. If you are going to use store bought ingredients for a “fresh” drink, at least don’t display them to the whole restaurant, hide them. You look in the kitchen and see all the store bought ingredients lol..This location is a joke.

Have enjoyed the First Watch at Crestview Hills and usually go there, but this one is more convenient for us so we stopped in for breakfast on a Monday. It was not packed, but also busier than we thought it would be. They are following the COVID19 guidelines and tables are appropriately spaced. Great coffee as usual and really the changes due to COVID19 aren't too apparent. The food was great as usual but found the omelets lacking slightly in size and ingredients. Everything else was great! Service was outstanding.

Food was good. But it expensive. They offer 2 egg omelets with a side, I choose potatoes. I also ordered one pancake. Came out to $25 and some change. I also didn't like that a couple was seated first before me. They where white American I'm mexican American🤔. I waited 20 min to get seated they waited 5min.

This was our first visit to this location. It seems a bit smaller and dark compared to our usual location. I didn’t feel good vibes from the host who seated us and checked our bill. The service wasn’t great either. Our server seemed in a rush and didn’t really communicate with us well. The coffee was a small portion for the two of us, and no one ever took time to ask if we wanted more. Communication was lacking in general, just a quick comment in passing by and the check. Although our favorite First Watch is not as convenient it will be worth driving 10 to 15 additional minutes for a better overall experience.

i used a gift card for my online order which didn't have enough to cover the order by a dollar and a few cents (that's my bad for not checking first), but that wound up delaying my online order by 35 minutes. went inside to pick up my order and they said said the kitchen may be backed up, check back in a few. totally understand! i called in five minutes later and still nothing but they said "come back in so we can double check". still couldn't find it so i showed my email order and they went back inside. a few minutes later the guy host came outside in front of all the people waiting and loudly said "we finally found your order but your card declined" 😑 thank you for letting everyone know! as a POC i felt super embarrassed and insulted. definitely my last visit here. oh, the food! one of the egg yolks broke and the avocado was extremely salty. 👎🏽
