Horrible customer service! The sign posted on the restaurant reads “Drive Thru Open Only”. We get to the drive thru to place our orders (3) and was told that only 2 orders can be taken at the drive thru. When my mom asked what should we do because only the drive thru is open like the sign said and we have 3 orders, we heard an employee say “It don’t matter!” When I asked about it because the sign only gives the option of using the drive thru, girl told me that’s what her manager stated. We drove off because the customer service was HORRIBLE! We went to the KFC on Palmetto Street and placed our 3 orders with absolutely no problem and with FABULOUS customer service! I called back and spoke with the manager and he attempted to justify what was said by saying what we heard was not what we heard and that the other employee was talking to another customer. Well, we were the only car in line and the inside was closed. Soooo…yeah! Needless to say we will NEVER and I do mean NEVER visit this restaurant again. Absolutely disgusting customer service!

This was the worst experience ever. The cashier was rude, food was wrong more then once, and it was very slow. The cashier didn't even want to hear what I wanted with my meal, she just did her own thing and then when we went back to show them the food was wrong the other worker snatched our bag from us and threw the wrong food away and threw the food it was supposed to be inside of the box, and please be mindful my box was open at the bottom. Very disappointed. After 30 min we finally got the rest of our food and all our food is dried out and old. Oh yeah plus they told us they had no more wedges so we had to substitute.

They seem to always get your order wrong they're not very friendly I've been here six different times and each time they messed up. I figured it was just different shifts so I've tried different hours and no it's consistent they just don't care about customer satisfaction they want to hurry up and get you out the window as quickly as possible if they didn't have what you ordered they won't tell you this is expect you to say oh well you just spent money for nothing and they will not give your money back so don't even try it worst KFC on the planet
