Tim Hortons

Very disappointed used to be my favorite Timmy's cuz it was the only one that could make a decent cup of coffee but that kinda changed today I waited almost 20 min for my 2 coffees and was told I couldn't get them free when I finally did. And the coffee was just terrible today couldn't even drink it. Way too much cream and sugar! Henry! What are you thinking bud? I'm an every day customer 2 XL Dark Roast double doubles....

Honestly, the worst experience I have had at a Time Hortons. The line was excessively long which I can usually handle. The staff was not friendly and it was clear that they were not paying attention to our order. It took them three tries to get a simple sandwich right (Sausage and cheese on an everything bagel). When we received our drink the guy at the window spilled sprinkles all over my husband. Again, wouldn’t be a huge deal but the amount of sprinkles spilled was ridiculous. His car seat and floor is now rainbow colored. We had to ask for a copy of our receipt 3 times before we actually received it. Once my husband went inside and talked to the manager we got everything straightened out. We will not be going here again.
