Mcdonald's

I ordered pull apart donuts & asked for them warmed up at the order station. When I got to the window to get my food they handed me Cold donuts.like I jus asked if they could please warm these up, like I had asked an they say you have to request them WARM when you order your food🤔 I just did exactly that?? So they take them back an make me wait an wait for them to give me a soggy apple fritter.i was frustrated an I called them right away to tell them.an they jus said come back with your receipt next time an get what I ordered.well I lost it.twice now I been to mcdonalds an had them say you have to ask back there pretty much. Like yes I did that.

This McDonalds is almost always slow and orders aren't right. doordash my order and missing the big mac and got cheese on my fish clearly tagged plain, Tried to call no answer it hung up called back got vm but it's full. Everyone I know steers clear or get ripped off when you do not get what you paid for i will be callling corp. i have been calling back to back for the last 30 minutes and no one answers the phone and VM is full way to go McD's way to go

▪︎This morning I ordered breakfast on the app for curb side pick up. When I checked in as soon as I parked a notification popped up saying it generally takes up to 5 minutes for them to bring the order out...ok, sweet. My girlfriend and I were sitting there , talking, joking around, when she points out we've been waiting there for over 15 minutes. She figured they must just be understaffed/busy so she went in to grab it herself and saw our food and Frappe sitting there ready to go and 3+ employees standing there BSing (who seemed annoyed that she was interrupting them) 🤨. Needless to say the food was somewhere between lukewarm and cold, and soggy. I wonder how much longer we would've waited had she not gone in or if someone would've brought it out at all. ▪︎It's extra disappointing because all my girl asked for for her Jan 17 birthday was a Mcgriddle, hashbrown and Frappe, and today I was finally able to make it happen but then...^^^ ▪︎Would've given 1 star but the Frappe was on point 🥳
