Just left here and my coffee was cold. Not warm, but cold and since I am not anywhere I can heat it up it’s going in that trash. The girl that took my order was super friendly but the one that gave me part of my order when I said thank you, didn’t say a word. Maybe I’m being picky about that part but you work in customer service…. I could understand if I wasn’t friendly but I was.

I LOVE their coffee. The staff is even better! Always sweet, always fast, and never mess my order up.

OMG! This has to be the worst experience ever in a fast food place. I used the restroom first to wash my hands. It was filthy. Pictures doesn’t do it justice. The service horrible. I got a bacon egg and cheese croissant. Cooked beyond death. When sandwich was done she just called out to whoever. Then waited to see who responded. There were several other people there. I received no bag. I had 2 donuts put in a tiny bag and so with Sammy in hand grabbed some napkins And , my tiny bag and left. No one said thank you or anything at all. Just terrible customer service. If I had not been so hungry I would not have eaten anything. It was so dry. Crumbling and got all over my coat and car seat. I have posted pictures. I told clerk about bathroom, but was totally ignored. She said nothing at all too me.

Trust issues: It took them forever to get my one coffee and it tasted weird. I ordered 1 sugar and it had? three.. What did they do to my coffee? I threw it out.

Standard Tims. Got in, got a coffee and got out quick and easy. The Burton Police were fueling up themselves, which I generally take as a good sign. Clean.

I went to the Tim Hortons on Bristol Rd during my lunch to get a cup of coffee. I ordered a small Original Blend with 2 creamers and 3 Equals on the side. The employee rung up my order correctly, for it showed up on the screen correctly. I get to the window, paid for my coffee and proceed to drive off. However, I realized that I didn't get the cream and sugar. I backed up and told the employee that I didn't get my 2 creamers and 3 equals. She closes the window to get the things, but I decided to open the lid of my coffee and I saw that they already put the cream and equal in the coffee. That's not what I asked for. After the employee comes back to the window, I told her that I needed a new coffee because I asked for the cream and Equal to be put on the side. She closes the window, calls another employee to her and they began to look at what was rung up. The employee comes back to the window with the coffee. I proceed to give her the wrong coffee and she said she couldn't take it back. I then ask her for the cream and Equal again. She was visibly upset because she responded with a sarcastic response. She then tries to hand me the creamer and Equal and straw. I asked her to put it in a bag which has been normal practice since I've been going to Tim Hortons during the Pandemic. She puts the things in a large bag instead of a smaller bag. Not one time did she apologize for their mistake. Why get upset with the customer for a mistake on the company's part. I've been to several Tim Hortons and never have I once been treated like I was today. She may have thought to herself, what's the big deal, the cream and Equal has been put it for you. The big deal is that's not how I ordered my coffee. Sure mistakes happen, but own up to them.

They mess up menu items like latte's frequently even if you are super exact with your drink they will frequently leave things out like sugar or cream. One time served me a 4cream 4sugar tea Instead of coffee and the lady wanted to taste it to make sure I wasn't lying. Why? Why would I lie about my coffee being tea? And why would you want to taste it? Donuts are good tho. Tim bit's are good. They just don't know how to make coffee drinks apparently.

Why I the coffee different every day? 1 cream 1 sugar 1 shot of espresso= different taste every time. Also, why put the hash brown at the bottom of the bag? It makes it stick to the wrapper, and get grease on my seat... I'd give my feedback directly to Tim Horton's comment line if I ever got a receipt...
