The food was what you expect from a good fast food chain like Arby’s. It was hot and extremely good tasting. My brisket sandwich was loaded up more than other Arby’s locations which was nice. The food got out in a super quick manner and I was out quickly even with multiple cars in front of me. The employees were beyond awesome. The lady who took my order was so nice and the guy at the window was super cool. Really was pleased.

The staff is extremely courteous. They do their best to make sure the customers gets everything they ordered. The food is fresh and just down right delicious!

It was the holiday & you could tell the employees did not want to be there. The food was all slopped together & just a mess. This location is typically fresh & good but not this time. Disappointing.

I went in just to get a shake. Their drive thru was completely wrapped, and lobby took me 25 minutes to get through. I get being short staffed, but the wait was extra ridiculous and I seen people being sent on break during peak time.

Went through drive thru on Tuesday (Feb 1) , staff was polite and professional. Everything was fresh and delicious. We'll be going to this location (Davison Rd near Center) from now on since it's the best Arby's I've had in a long time!

Not sure how to word this so it doesn't sound derogatory. This place is great, it's what you expect to get when you get Arby's; so they live up to their company name/brand/food... however you want to word it. That being said, I gave more than just your average middle ground of 3 stars because the employees here (Davison Rd. location) are phenomenal, like nicest fast food employees ever and 98% of the time there are no order errors. Couldn't justify the 5 stars though cause of the aforementioned Arby's food expectation.

Only late night place to eat was fresh very surprised the meat was so good usually it's dry that late at night but the Arby's on Dort highway always so good! So satisfying ❤️
