Taco Bell

The worker by the name of Carrie did such an amazing job, first I gave her 2.80 in change and she DIDN’T GET MAD (I work with money and I would have gotten slightly annoyed myself) and she reassured me it was ok. The best part is she was FAST. And I mean fast and she gave us our food at the window even though it was a large order and the last thing is she was very very kind. She deserves some recognition for the GREAT customer service I would give 10/10 if I could

I went into anaphylatic shock after eating food from this location. My throat closed up and I could barely breath. I had a mouthful of the cheesy bean and rice burrito. I have never had this reaction at any other location (i order the same foods each time) and will not be eating taco bell anymore. Scary. Hope this doesn't happen to anyone else.

Used to go there a lot. I placed a order after midnight for pickup. We work 2nd shift and we’re getting our dinner from there. A few minutes go by and they cancelled my order and wouldn’t pickup the phone at the store! Not the way to run a business period! I still can’t believe an employee cancelled my order then wouldn’t even answer the phone lol, wow smh!

This location started disappointing me during the pandemic, and it's continued to now. My order is often incorrect, either with missing items or incorrect customizations (or both). I really hate having to check to see if I have all my items while in the drive through, this should be done prior to being given to me. When I have done this, I have been given attitude by staff, as if it's my fault something is missing. Compared to other taco bells nearby, this location underfills everything. You don't get the value for your dollar here. I'm making this review to remind me not to come here anymore, I prefer to go to the Linden Road location anyway (they are consistently amazing).
